Hi, I am Natalie Marie and my mission at Sovereign Spirituality is to offer a safe and inviting environment for individuals to delve into the realm of spirituality. As a dedicated Massage Therapist and Energy Healer, I am passionate about facilitating relaxation, healing, and overall well-being for my clients. My approach integrates physical touch with energy healing modalities, ensuring a holistic experience that nurtures both the body and spirit.
In addition to my therapeutic practice, I channel my creativity into designing unique handmade gemstone jewelry. Each piece is crafted with intention, incorporating gemstones that resonate with healing properties to support and enhance well-being. My jewelry is not only beautiful but also serves as a tangible reminder of personal empowerment and connection to one's inner strength.

What to Expect in an Energy Healing Session with Me
When you step into a session with me, you're entering a supportive and sacred space designed for deep healing, restoration, and alignment. Every session is uniquely guided by your needs in the moment, and I draw on a range of healing modalities to support your mind, body, and spirit.
We’ll begin with a brief conversation to connect, discuss what’s present for you, and set an intention for your session. From there, you’ll relax comfortably—either lying down or seated—while I intuitively work with your energy. Depending on what you're needing, I may incorporate a blend of modalities such as Reiki, chakra balancing, sound healing, breathwork, intuitive guidance, guided meditation, or somatic practices. Each technique is used with care to help clear energetic blockages, activate your body’s natural healing response, and bring you into greater balance and clarity.
Clients often report feeling lighter, more grounded, emotionally released, or deeply at peace. Some experience physical sensations, visual imagery, or insights during the session—while others simply enjoy a soothing and restorative energetic reset.
Afterward, we’ll take a few moments to reflect and integrate what came up, and I’ll offer any insights or practices to help you continue the healing process beyond the session.
